Information you provide
When you send a quote request, we receive your name, email, optional phone number and location, property type, service interests, and the details you write. Please do not include passwords, alarm codes, camera footage, or other sensitive security information in a request.
How we use it
We use inquiries to respond to your request and discuss security services. The inquiry is stored in a restricted website inbox for authorized site staff. If you contact us by phone or email, your communications are also handled through those services.
Product list on your device
If you add products to a project list, this website saves product identifiers and quantities in your browser’s local storage so your list remains available when you return on that device. You can remove items in the list or clear your browser’s site data. Your list is sent to us only if you submit the quote request form.
Approved proposals and payments
When Liberty Eagles prepares a proposal, we store the customer name, email, work scope, itemized amounts, approval date, expiration, and payment status in a restricted database. A private, hard-to-guess link gives the intended recipient access to the proposal; anyone with that link can view it, so please do not forward it. Dealer costs are not included in the customer proposal. Online payment is currently disabled. If enabled, checkout is handled by Stripe, which receives the approved amount and customer email; card details are entered on Stripe’s page and are not stored by this website. We use signed payment notifications to update the proposal status.
Website operation
The site’s hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver the site and protect its operation, such as request and security logs. The site uses a first-party aggregate page-view counter. It records a date, page group, and count, without storing an IP address, cookie, or visitor identifier in the counter. It honors browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. This website does not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. Sign-in and other essential hosting technologies may be used for restricted staff access.
Sharing and retention
Inquiries and proposals are accessible to authorized site staff and to providers needed to host the site and process communications. We do not publish the details you submit. Inquiries remain in the restricted inbox until removed by authorized staff. Proposal and payment records may be retained for business, accounting, and legal recordkeeping. Contact us to request deletion; we will review your request and any recordkeeping needs.
